    If your product is wrong, broken, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase. You will have 30 days to return the item unused and a full refund will be issued once we receive your product.

    All orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship out the same day. And all orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped out the following day Monday-Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will ship out that Monday with the exceptions of all major holidays when the postal service is not running.
